  Though I haven't had the chance yet to live here let me just tell you my story. I was approved to move in at the end of April, everything was all set even paid the $100 to save our townhouse and put our names on it. Then literally 1 month before we were set to move in I get a call saying that the previous occupant backed out and decided to stay, leaving us without anywhere to go. Not even sure if that's legal since they already turned in their vacancy notice but its definitely not good business to promise something to people and then take it away. Extremely unhappy with them.
